As President, FourCubed & page10, an international digital marketing company, was recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the country (2011). As Senior Vice President and CTO of  ValueVision  Media,  Inc  (ShopNBC), lead them to first-ever ranking in Internet Retailers Top 300 (#58) and was selected by Microsoft for  their CIO Advisory Board. As General Manager/Vice President of Sales and Operation M.I.S.I. CO., LTD. (subsidiary of NTTDATA) was recognized as the top IBM Business Partner and served on IBM’s Business Partners Area and National Advisory Board.

Other accomplishments include the designed and profitably launched web sites for  Lawson.com, United way 211, GovMint.com, AtomicDeals.com, ShopNBC.com, Polo.com, Virginrecords.com, UltraDiamonds.com, and VPRMatrix.com (a BestBuy company).  Designing and implementing MRP system rollouts for several Fortune 1000 clients.  Also a speaker at industry conferences and guest lecturer at Carlson School of Business.

Doug King

As president and CEO of Cetera Advisor Networks (formerly Financial Network Investment Corporation), Doug King leverages his extensive experience and wealth of knowledge to lead the firm and its staff to serve financial professionals and independent offices nationwide.

Previously, he served in a dual role as director of Merrill Lynch’s Minneapolis & Associates Complex and as Minnesota state president for Bank of America. In those roles he led financial advisors serving clients across Minnesota and North Dakota, and was responsible for coordinating with the bank’s business leaders in the market to grow revenue and align local market initiatives to the company’s business and corporate social responsibility strategies.

Doug earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and management from Virginia Tech and is currently working on his master of business administration at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He completed the Executive Leadership Program at Wharton School of Business and earned his certified financial planner designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver. He currently holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 securities registrations.

Susan Rani, PE

Susan Park Rani is an inspiration and a role model for women, minorities, immigrants, and virtually anyone with a desire to pursue the American Dream and start their own business. As a leader in the transportation field, she has demonstrated that opportunities in this industry are widespread and growing—and open to all who wish to acquire the necessary skills and participate.

Rani, born in South Korea, moved with her family to the United States as a child, speaking no English. She ultimately obtained a degree in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and in 1993, at the age of 34, founded one of the first woman-and-minority-owned engineering firms in Minnesota where she grew up, with just two employees.  Over the years, the company has been involved in a number of high-profile transportation projects, and today, Rani Engineering employs 50 people, the company grosses over $5 million a year, and anticipates doubling in size within the next five years. In 2012, Rani Engineering was named the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Contractor of the Year by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Rani has served on boards for the American Council of Engineering Companies and the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce.

Other past board services include the Mounds Park Academy, the Association of Women Contractors, and the National Association of Minority Contractor Upper Midwest Chapter. Most recently she has been asked by Gov. Mark Dayton to serve on the state’s Compensation Council for 2013.

Larry Yogel

Mr. Yogel joined MRC Capital Group in 2009. Since 1994, Mr. Yogel has been engaged in corporate finance and merger and acquisition activities as the CEO of Yogel Investment Partners. Prior to that, he managed Commercial Properties Group, a Philadelphia based real estate company. His primary focus was heading finance for the company, as well as oversight of the sale/lease-back program of a portfolio exceeding 400 properties. Later, he served as CEO and President of Stafford Holdings, Inc., which was engaged a broad range of finance businesses, including municipal and stadium finance, international project finance, time-share finance, and real estate mortgage banking. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Frontera Investment, Inc. (OTC: FRNV). He holds a B.S. in Economics cum laude from Villanova University and a JD cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law.
