Martin Lueck
ICC Advisory Board | Lueck Law, LLC
As Senior Managing Director with Delta Capital and member of its senior leadership on the deal origination, due diligence, and strategic development initiatives, Marty Lueck leverages his past success as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Robins and Kaplan and leader of the committee responsible for the evaluation and approval of Robin Kaplan’s investments in contingent and alternative fee arrangements.
During his 35 year career as a trial lawyer, Lueck secured victories for plaintiffs and defendants amassing multiple eight and nine-figure jury verdicts as lead counsel against Fortune 500 defendants. As a result of his notable trial success, Mr. Lueck was named one of the Nation’s Top-10 trial lawyers by the National Law Journal in 2004, and is a fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, the former of which is limited to 500 US trial attorneys.
Lueck proved to be a transformational leader during his more than 10 year run as Chair of Robins Kaplan. Under his leadership, the firm scaled new heights as one of the nation’s premier trial law firms. In addition to leading a geographic expansion that included a successful New York office, Lueck created a clear focus on business results for its clients. Coupled with savvy stewardship of Robin’s litigation investment strategy, the firm achieved landmark triumphs both in the courtroom and before they hit the front page. At Delta Capital, Lueck brings his experience and wisdom to bear on behalf of claimants, law firms, and businesses in creating financial solutions to solve real-world legal issues.
