The EB-5 Visa Program

a permanent path into the USA for you and your immediate family

The EB-5 Program is a foreign investor visa program that provides a permanent path into the United States. It is designed to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation from foreign capital investment. The EB-5 Visa Program is the United States’ version of a “Golden Visa.” Your investment gives you and your immediate family (spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21) a Green Card, permanent residence in the USA to live, study, and work. To qualify, the immigrant investor must have the potential to invest at least $900,000. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a mutually beneficial program for the U.S. economy, U.S. businesses, and foreign investors alike.

Unparalleled Flexibility

EB-5 visas offer immigrant investors the most flexible path to permanent lawful U.S. residence and, if desired, citizenship. There are no restrictions regarding age*, education, business experience, or language. EB-5 investors may live and work wherever they please, regardless of the location of the investment.
EB-5 investor green card eligibility depends on investing the required capital, job creation, and proving a legal source of funds. If the investment is in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), the required investment amount is $900,000 USD. Otherwise, the amount of investment needed is $1,800,000 USD.

*no limits on EB-5 investor age.  However, only unmarried children under 21 are eligible as part of the immediate family.

ICC has a 100% success rate of I-526 approvals.

I-526 is the form used by an applicant to petition the USCIS for status as an immigrant to the United States.
It is the start of the process with USCIS but not the first step in the EB-5 process.

EB-5 Investor Visa Benefits

The EB-5 Program is an excellent way to acquire permanent resident status in the United States for foreign nationals with the required capital. Through the Program, EB-5 investors and their immediate family (spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21) may obtain Green Cards. A Green Card or permanent resident card allows you to live, study, work, and retire anywhere in the United States.

Least Restrictive

The EB-5 Visa has no language or age requirements, nor does it require any specialized knowledge, skills, or experience. It is one of the least restrictive ways to obtain permanent residency in the United States.

One Investment

One investment, multiple Green Cards. The EB-5 investment sponsors the investor, their spouse, and any unmarried children under the age of 21. The investment amount does not change if you have 3 children or 5.

One Visa

The EB-5 Visa enables you to live, study, work, or own a business anywhere in the United States, without restriction. No additional visas are required.

Freedom to Choose

Visa sponsorship is not required; you choose the project and regional center to support your immigration needs. Choose where to live; there is no requirement to live in the state of your investment when working with a regional center.

Education Opportunities

Access to the USA's public education system, from elementary/primary school up through university. As a resident, you’ll be able to take advantage of in-state tuition (lower cost) at public colleges and universities.

Possibility of U.S. Citizenship

EB-5 investors have the possibility for U.S. citizenship after a minimum of five years of established permanent residency in the United States.
